How do I return an item?

This policy deals with returning an item because you selected the wrong item, not how to ship an item back at the end of a rental.
Making the mistake of ordering equipment that is not compatible with your camera or not suitable for your application can happen to anyone, so we try to be fair. Please check the compatibility of the equipment by consulting your owner’s manuals and the manufacturers’ web sites. We will credit your account for unused time on the rental but we will charge for the time the equipment was in your possession with a minimum charge of 2 days. We don’t provide credit for the actual shipping costs of the package, even if your order received "Free Shipping". After returning the equipment, just place a new order for compatible items. Any credit posted to your account will be automatically applied to your next order.
Be sure to include your name, order number, a description of the reason for the return, and a phone number.
