Do you charge a deposit?
 
A deposit is not required to place an order. However, we may ask for one in certain circumstances or if the value of the order is very high.
You can help us proceed through the verification process quickly by providing this type of information in the Order Comments box on your order:
  • Verifiable contact information such as a published address and phone number associated to your name.
  • The url address to your web site.
  • Previous companies that you have rented with and are in good standing.
  • The name of your company, employer, work phone number, etc.
  • Provide an explanation if your shipping address is different from your billing address.

    ~If we require additional information and are not able to get in contact with you, your order will not ship~

I have a question on my charges.
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance at 248-974-4108.

What forms of payment do you accept?
  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and Discover. No pre-paid debit cards, checks or money orders are accepted.
Are my credit card transactions secured?
  This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit card be charged?
 

When you place an order with us there is a pending charge that will go on to your card. LensGiant does not capture the full amount until your order is shipped.
If you cancel and order, the order will immediately be voided on our end and then it is up to your bank to release the hold and make the funds available in your account.

It is possible for this process to take between 3-5 business days, depending on the bank. If you need the funds released quicker you can call your bank and ask for an authorization release. Some banks are able to do this by talking to us, but not every bank can do this, so please plan on the authorized amount being tied up for 3-5 business days.
