Not only are the fisheye images fun, but you’ll be surprised by how different this lens is to work with. It’s a fisheye with a full 180 degree field of view, it can focus down to 5 ½ inches, and it’s difficult to get something out of focus. Plus it’s small and inconspicuous. We like to use it for candids at parties and other gatherings because you capture what everyone in the room is doing. The images (albeit distorted) give a feeling of freezing a moment in time because they cover so much and most people have no idea they’re in the shot. Kids love it when you pull this one out. Caution: This is a DX lens so it only works with Nikon digital cameras.
