Here's how it works:

  1. EARN POINTS
    • Rewards points worth 5% of the rental fees will be added to your account when your order ships.
    • You earn 1 point for every dollar spent on rental fees, but not on shipping, taxes, extensions, reimbursements, and purchases.
    • New points are redeemable 14 days after the order ships.

  2. TRACK YOUR POINTS
    • Login to your account on the LensGiant.com website and select the MyRewards link.
    • Your Available Points are ready to be redeemed. They are from oders shipped more than 14 days ago.
    • Your Pending Points are from orders shipped less than 14 day ago.

  3. REDEEM POINTS FOR STORE CREDIT
    • YOU MUST REDEEM POINTS PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER
    • Login to your account and select the MyRewards link.
    • Enter the number of points you'd like to redeem (20 points = $1 discount).
    • A store credit will be applied to your account.

  4. RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT
    • The store credit discount is given when a new order proceeds through the checkout process.
    • Your available store credit will automatically be deducted from the total rental fee on your order.
 
Summary of Program Rules
  • Points have no monetary value and may only be used for discounted rental fees on future orders.
  • Points are awarded on new rentals only. Points are not awarded on rental extensions and follow-up charges.
  • Points cannot be combined from different accounts, transferred between accounts, purchased, or sold.
  • Points expire one year from the date they are awarded.
  • Once points have been redeemed, they will not be reinstated.
  • Discounts applied to orders will be lost if the order is canceled.
  • LensGiant LLC reserves the right to modify program rules, change award and redemption rates, or terminate the program at any time without notice.
  • LensGiant LLC retains ownership of all points.
  • Customers may opt out of the program by sending an email request to support@LensGiant.com, or by contacting LensGiant Customer Support at 248-974-4108.
