What are your hours?
  LensGiant is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST, and have limited hours on Saturdays* from 11am-2pm that may vary.
Please read below for information on cut-off times for ordering.

Ordering hours information:
Orders shipping out same day need to be placed no later than 4pm EST (M-F)
Orders being picked up at the UPS Store need to be placed by 1pm the day BEFORE you would like to pick up. Orders placed after 1pm or same day, will be available after 3:30pm (M-F)
*For local pick-up on Saturday, please place orders by 1pm the day before. There is only one drop-off on Saturday at 1pm, so if you need something Saturday morning you will need to place the order the day before.
How do I contact you?
  We are happy to assist you by phone or via email during our regular business hours.
If we are closed please leave a message and we will call you back the following day.

I have a problem with the equipment
 
If you feel that the equipment is not working properly, a lens is not compatible with your camera, or you received the wrong product, please call us at 248 974 4108. If it is after our business hours please leave a message and we will call you back when we open. Additionally you can send an email to Support@LensGiant.com
