This is a medium telephoto lens with tilt/shift mechanism and macro capability. It provides 8.3 degrees of tilt and 12.4mm of shift. This is often used in nature photography to produce photos with everything is in focus, including the subject, foreground, and background. This lens can capture the image when standard lenses can’t because you can handle a situation where you need a very large depth of field to keep everything in focus, a wide aperture to gather sufficient light, and a fast shutter speed to stop the action. A common example is photographing a field of flowers that are moving in the breeze. This does take some time to learn so allow yourself a few days practice before you’re ready to use it with confidence. We provide the manual with this one. Note this is a manual focus lens, and using a tripod is a must.
