Pick It Up

Ship to you:

  • You specify the delivery date when placing your order, and we ship accordingly so your package arrives on that date. We let you pick the delivery date and level of service: The FedEx time and cost estimation tool in your shopping cart shows you multiple shipping options, where you can select the best one for you.
  • You can usually choose from Ground, 2-Day Express, 3-Day Express Saver, or Next Business Day, as long as these options are available in your area. The shipping fee you pay covers both ends, delivery to you and shipment back to us.
  • All packages require a signature on delivery!!! FedEx will make three attempts to deliver before it is sent back to LensGiant. Remember, the rental period starts with the first delivery attempt. If you won't be home to accept delivery, click HERE and search by your zipcode to locate a FedEx location that can hold the package for you for pick up.
  • We ship to credit card billing addresses, alternate addresses on file with your credit card account, and verifiable addresses such as places of business or employment. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or addresses outside the U.S. Shipments to parties such as hotels and resorts will require a full deposit.
  • New customers go through a verification process, and shipments may be delayed if we are unable to verify your information or get a hold of you. The more information you can provide as a new customer, the easier the verification process becomes.

  • There is no waiting for the delivery truck. You pick your package up from FedEx whenever it is most convenient for you.

  • Packages are often available earlier in the day because FedEx can skip the extra step of sending it out on a truck.

  • You'll never have to worry about missing a delivery again.

  • Around big holidays, it becomes more reliable to pick up from a staffed FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Local Pick Up

  • If you are in the greater metro Detroit area, pick-up and drop-off is available at the Northville UPS Store. (Please keep in mind that LensGiant does not have a physical store front. The UPS Store in Northville is solely used for local pick ups and drop offs.)

  • Pick up your order on the day you specify during UPS Store business hours and drop it back off when the rental period is over. No shipping labels involved! Choose the 'Pick-up in Northville, return in Northville, $3.00' option on the drop down shipping menu.

  • Or, you can pick-up in Northville and send back from a FedEx location near you. Choose the 'Pick-up in Northville, return via FedEx, $12.00' option on the drop down shipping menu. A pre-paid return shipping label will be included in your box.

  • We kindly request that local pickup customers try to place their order at least 1 day in advance from when they would like to pick it up. Pick up is available Monday - Saturday.
  • Orders placed after 2pm will not be available for pickup until 330pm the following day.
