Do you charge a deposit?
  No deposit is required. Our customers generally take excellent care of the equipment. We verify the information supplied by customers to reduce risk. Collection agencies, credit bureaus, and law enforcement agencies provide very effective back-up.
I have a question on my charges.
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. No debit cards, checks, or money orders are accepted.
Are my credit card transactions secured?

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit card be charged?
  The full rental and shipping fees will be charged to your credit card when the item is shipped. Debit cards are charged when the order is placed.
